Interested applicants are required to submit the following documents by 13 April 2026 (Monday) via mail: 

♦   A covering letter explaining why you would like to apply for admission to the College 

♦   Completed Application Form (S2-3) / Application Form (S4) 

♦   A photocopy of the following items:

1. Birth Certificate and HKID Card
2. Report Cards of the last 3 years
3. Other supporting documents (e.g. awards and certificates; following the order shown in the application form)
4. Certificate of Baptism (if applicable)

♦   THREE local self-addressed stamped envelopes (A5 size) with sufficient postage 

♦   Entrance Examination Fee: $75 

♦   Attach a crossed cheque of $75 payable to ‘The IMC of St. Mary's Canossian College’, along with the completed application form and the supporting documents.   
     請附上一張港幣七十五圓正的劃線支票，抬頭為‘嘉諾撒聖瑪利書院法團校董會’，連同填妥的申請表格和相關文件一併寄回本校。

♦   Do not mail cash 切勿郵寄現金。

 

·         Selected applicants would be invited to attend entrance examinations on 2 May (S2-4) and 16 May 2026 (S4 only) (Saturdays). Applicants who pass the entrance examination(s) would be invited to attend an interview on 6 June 2026 (Saturday).

·         There will NOT be any alternative arrangements for entrance examinations or interviews.

·         Notifications regarding the entrance examination(s) and interview will be sent separately via mail 1-2 weeks before the said date.

·         Successful applicants will be admitted in September 2026.
